Customers do not consume team logins. Pending invitations count until accepted or expired. An owner who also takes appointments uses one place in each allowance.

Count a non-booking owner as a separate login. If you need more than 25 logins or provider calendars, ask about your requirements before choosing.
Your first Max trial
A business that has never used a trial can take a first 14-day Max trial with a card supplied at checkout. Starting on Free or leaving an earlier checkout unfinished does not by itself use a trial. A previous trial counts even if cancelled or unpaid.
Check the actual offer, trial end date, recurring price, tax and total shown in the account. Unless cancelled before that end date, the subscription continues and the card is charged. A cancelled trial runs to its displayed end, then the business falls back to Free.
The workflow and setup guide explain how hosted accounts work. The hosted test phase uses simulated payments, so it is not an invitation to supply a real card.
Keep control of billing
Paid monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel renewal yourself in Billing. Access continues through the current period, then falls back to Free. You can resume renewal before the scheduled end.
Cancellation does not erase customers, staff or bookings. Mid-period cancellation provides no prorated refund for unused days; incorrect or duplicate charges and refunds required by applicable law can be raised with support.
Review the estimated charge or credit before a plan change. A credit may apply to a future invoice rather than become a cash refund. Downgrading retains records, with creation limits applying when usage exceeds the new plan.
A failed renewal has a seven-day grace period to update the payment method and complete payment. Afterwards, paid features are restricted while the owner retains billing and recovery access.
