AI narrative

Each business can have AI-generated plain-English analytics summaries on their KPI dashboard in /app. Platform-wide defaults (model pin, integrations) live under Admin → Settings → Integrations. Per-business enablement and API keys are configured in /app (KPI dashboard / business settings), not from /admin.

Operator-wide default model pin (recommended — prevents silent behaviour changes on provider redeploys):

The Diagnostics → AI-narrative catalog health probe:

• WARN if ANALYTICS_AI_MODEL is not set (narrative feature still works, model selection is deferred to the provider default).
• FAIL if a PII column has been incorrectly marked as AI-visible (should never happen on a stock install — indicates a misconfigured catalog customisation).
